We have moved many times with my company providing assistance through a relocation company. This was the first time I had to find a realtor on my own. We contacted Andrew to sell our home and represent us on a purchase of a new home (we already found). At no point did I feel like Andrew was representing our interests. He was unresponsive to phone calls and text messages, he was argumentative (often taking the side of the builder or buyer when I would bring up concerns), mistakes were made on the listing and with the buyers escrow check, and at several points he was flat out rude. Excellent customer service through out the entire process. Worked tirelessly until the transaction was complete. Communicated effectively and was always available when needed. Highly recommend for a quality transaction.
Drew Company Realtors went above and beyond with our real estate transaction. They were one of the best realtors we've used with the lowest commission of any realtor. We conducted the sale out-of-state and Drew Company did an excellent job of representing us when we couldn't be there in person. I would highly recommend Drew Company to anybody interested in buying or selling property in Dallas.
