Carrie Ann has no business DOING business. You’d think after a few stores go under she’d quit while she’s ahead. Don’t fall for the trap of the “custom dress” BS. Like any other good sales person, she’s quite good at drawing you in: the unfortunate reality is that she’s sending these mock up designs to be done overseas. PLEASE READ my prom was late may (2022) and i first went to the shop in early-mid march. i saw a dress i wanted mine based on. all i wanted the exact same thing but in a different style. i got my dress sketched up by one of the workers there (she’s the sweetest and remained that way throughout) since it was short notice to make a custom dress, it was uncharged but we paid and everything was done. however i don’t hear anything, any updates or progress info for all of april and may. despite me showing up to the store, calling,... read more
My dress was absolutely perfect! I was a little worried because I lost a ton of weight from when I bought the dress and it was already big, but they made it better than I could ever imagine. I loved every bit of the experience! Thank you so much!
This company has bad business practices. The owner does not pay her workers. I will never recommend this place.
Photo's do not do Carrie Ann's work justice. Have bought both my daughter's junior and senior prom dress here. Her senior dress is a custom design. We will be back in the FAR future do have Carrie Ann design her wedding dress someday as it is now a tradition. Shop Dress Haute for all of your formal and wedding needs. You will not be disappointed. Staff is courteous, friendly, and brings your vision of the perfect dress to life. They are also very affordable for the quality of work they do.
