We left home in Patterson early this morning and drove to a dress shop about two hours away. We tried on a bunch of dresses (too many to count) the help was good at first but then disappeared. We left there very disappointed. Drove to Douglas and the very minute we walked through your door we felt welcomed and relaxed. Also tried on a bunch of dresses but the owner and employees helped in every second and went above and beyond to help and answered every question if they didn't like a dress on, they were honest and said so. Drove 2 hours to try on my dream wedding dress. As I wanted the dress in white and they only had it in angel, I was told they could order it for me and have it in by January. I called them back a few days later to put deposit down and to order dress, I was told that even though the designer had to make my dress, they could no longer order it because of a "hold" on the fabric??!! Don't recommend this bridal store at all even though I had high hopes after trying on my dress.
I'm extremely satisfied with their service. First dress I tried on was my favorite and was the one. Thanks so much

The staff at Dresses and Dreams are absolutely amazing and so helpful! They offer a huge variety of dresses to chose from and any style you could imagine. I found the wedding dress of my dreams today and I couldn't be more satisfied with my shopping experience. Highly recommend going there for your prom or wedding dress needs!
