This place is a hazard to anyone who needs ramps, elevators, help with stairs, good lighting to navigate stairs. Proper wheelchair access or walker accommodation- forget about it! On my last visit a poor fellow who could walk unaided, severely broke his ankle by stepping off an unguarded trip hazard in the lawn that was also unlit. Could have happened to anyone. I can not say enough about his charming wedding venue! The class and character of this mansion is unmatched! I have styled several weddings at this gorgeous mansion and loved every minute of it! There are so many different ways to design your reception and each brings a different feeling. I even created a scavenger hunt for the guest who wanted soft jazz musicians playing instead of a DJ. The perfect wedding venue. Charlie and his wife are incredible! The mansion is historic and has been beautifully maintained by the two of them. It has fantastic flow, beautiful features, and photo opportunities everywhere you look. Charlie was so helpful, candid, and kind. 10/10!
