The Dress Gallery is simply amazing! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. Kayla is awesome!! She listened to my wants and needs, and hand-picked multiple dresses. She helped me through picking a dress just right for me, honestly, she picked THE dress for me! I didn't want to take it off, I just knew this is THE dress!! A few days after purchasing I received a personal thank you card from Kayla in the mail, its the little things, and attention to detail that set The Dress Gallery apart from the rest! 😍

We came here for a prom dress for my daughter. The experience couldn't have been better! My daughter can get overwhealmed with pushy sales people but she was calm and receptive to anything the whole time we were there as her sales lady was awesome. All the ladies working there were great. We also liked that the store was not jammed packed with dresses yet had a wide variety. The only thing I would recommend is that they get an in house seamstress. That being said, we will be back next year!!
