Owner got my suit turned around in 1 day when I was in a pinch with time! I appreciate the fast turn around!
I brought a wool coat and sweater and a couple of silk tops that came back smelling like they had been placed in a musty old trunk with a pack of cigarettes and sat for a year. I was appalled and was told the machine was broken. They assured me that it had been fixed and that they would redo my clothes. Having no other option, I allowed them to do this. They came back smelling musty again and the smell hasn’t left, even after being left outside for 5 days.
