Holly was a great bartender!! Our server for such a big group was in top of everything! And George, the owner made sure everyone was happy! Good Luck George, you took a big piece of history in Waterbury and have made it into an amazing restaurant to go to!!
We were there on Saturday 8/10. Food was excellent and our server was great. Atmosphere was nice. I love when the owner comes up to our table to ask how it was. I highly recommended Drescher’s. Look forward to going again.

Great place for a business lunch, to hang for drinks or to enjoy a nice dinner with friends and family. The menu is eclectic and very tasty but not overly exotic, solid size dishes and reasonably priced. The staff is always very accommodating and the owner is always present, clearly has a customer focused approach.
