They barely gave us any information at all. The lab nurse wouldn't give us the results of my grandma's lab work because we told her that she couldn't afford the charges for the shots to continue every week. Their staff was not friendly at all, we didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my grandma's questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and my grandma left in tears. I will be finding another doctor. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
