DO NOT PURCHASE WITH DREES if you want a fully sound home. I have structural issues with my new build (Aug 2022) to include my bump out literally trying to twist off from my house. Drees told me it is cosmetic. They offered me $5k because they believe that this is all the damage is worth. Then they went on to say this is on me. They said this because I did not follow proper channels despite being told to contact my POC throughout the one year warranty.
Beautiful 55 plus Condos with great amenities. Embrey Mill has so much to offer and the 55 plus section offers even more.
