Building experience with Drees was great but extremely poor customer service after closing. Completely biased warranty team; They treat each customer differently based on who they know and worked with during sales and mention policy as an excuse to fix issues identified after closing even within the 12 month warranty period. That policy only applies to some but others get the concerns resolved promptly. Utterly disappointing for such a reputable company.
