If you have section 8 don’t apply there ! They make you believe they will give you the property and then will put a higher number so you don’t qualify! Very racist ! Made me drove 50 minutes and spent the entire afternoon completing all the forms and they knew already I was not getting it ! God sees what you do to people ! That’s why all the bad reviews thanks God this happened!
I have lived here going on a little over one year. In my honest opinion this is a very nice community to live in. Everyone is friendly, the leasing agents are very helpful and do there very best to make you feel right at home. Not everywhere you live is perfect, however Reserve 41 to me has more pros than cons. I would recommend this place to anyone.
