Poor Experience: Just After Your Wallet! I had a very frustrating experience at DreamWorks Dental on November 27, 2024, as a new patient for a cleaning and x-ray. The dental assistant struggled with my x-rays, needing to redo them twice, which was time-consuming. The dental hygienist (lady w/ black hair) seemed rushed and in a very bad mood, making the cleaning very uncomfortable! They were clearly short-staffed that day. new patient here! I went in for an exam, cleanup, and ortho visit! I loved this location from the check in process with the receptionist, to the X-rays, all up until my last procedure. All the assistants, hygienist, dentist, orthodontist, etc are the sweetest and very detailed. 10/10!!!!
