We got our bathroom done. It’s falling apart it hasn’t been a year yet. We are within our warranty. 6/25 is when I first called. Concierge is nice but the actual project managers Ryan and Scott and not responsive. I made a complaint to the better business bureau as well. They did a nice job in the beginning but the entire shower door came off and I called to get it fixed within our warranty because they advertised it’s a lifetime warranty what they didn’t say is that they’d never respond.
