General manager was arrogant and condescending. Their employees on 2 occasions drove over our newly seeded lawn leaving ruts and tracks. After 8 days of no response from their company I was told by him that he was a busy man and that he didn't feel there was a problem. Not even an apology given.
RecommendedI have used the services of Dreamscapes for several years. I have been very pleased with their grasscutting, fall and spring clean-ups, raking of the leaves more than once each fall. They employ very reliable, capable workers. Their work is always neat and professional. The only reason I had to cancel their services is because we moved to a condo. I highly recommend this company.
Poor customer service and communication. The employees appearance lacks professionalism and one even spelled of pot. It's true, you get what you paid for. Stay away.
Gary came to find out what we wanted done and said he would get back to us with an estimate within a few days. A week went by and received no estimates. Called the office and was told they were short staffed but he would send an estimate by the next week - again no estimate so we gave him a few extra days to send us one. Again no response so called again and was told that our file was on his desk and we could wait or go with another company! I said I would share this response.
