Miss Tina was so sweet, but I did not like the way my Nails turned out that’s not 100% her fault. I should’ve been more stern with telling her what I wanted, I don’t think I’ll be returning
Dreams Nail Spa always takes great care of me and goes above and beyond. They create every design and color idea I have. Nail care doesn’t always feel like self-care but I’m always comfy and carefree there. It doesn’t feel like a chore. These are a touch up of my nails for the Michael Jackson movie premiere. I love them!!
I booked an appt that and was 7 minutes late. I was l told that they couldn’t take me because my nail technician that I like was booked at a time when my pedicure would affect the second appointment because it would take too long. I then asked why did the online booking allow me to book this appointment and the manager said I should have put the duration of my pedicure on the notes. 1. I did not know I needed to do that 2. Great experience, this shop is clean and has great customer service. Offered drinks and my nails, feet and eyebrows all came out just like I asked. I will be returning!
