My family and I have come to Orlando many times, but this is the cleanest airbnb that we have stayed at. Stocked with everything you need to stay confortably in your stay. Very professional and quick reaponse as well. Thank you so much!
My wife and I were incredibly unimpressed with the customer service. We paid a down payment only to figure out that the rental wasn’t ready until next year. We have no clue why it was listed a year before it was actually ready to rent. Then when we asked the host to submit a refund, we were ghosted. We had to share our message history with AirBnB so that we could get a full refund. I do not recommend booking anything through this company.
