I recently have had the pleasure of becoming a tenant at one of DreamMaker LLC properties, and found the application very easy and efficient. From promptly addressing maintenance issues to maintaining clear communication, Martha's attention to detail is unparalleled. Her friendly demeanor and proactive approach makes renting a breeze. Live here at the moment. Have lived here less than a year and some time in that year, the leasing staff changed. The girls who work in the office now a rude and unhelpful.
I've seen the bad reviews, but I've got to disagree my application process was very smooth and easy. Had trouble getting previous renter verification, but Sharonda was persistent! Even with their delays still had the whole process completed in less than a week. I moved from Texas and have to say I did some looking around before and spoke to other property management teams in the area. I am sure glad I ended up with DreamMaker, they hands down provided the better service. I look forward to being a tenant!
This company is NOT veteran friendly. They would not take our federal housing allowance or disability as income. This is ILLEGAL. We had sent a total of 11 documents trying to prove our income, including bank statements that show payment from the gov. They forced us to call someone in the VA to confirm our disability and BAH and this resulted in formal complaints filed from the VA. Disgusting to work with. HIGHLY recommend working with Renters Warehouse instead!
