No I ordered almost 3 months ago and emailed customer service several times I only order 4 masks never get a response. I feel like I have been robbed. You can’t refuse a refund if you never sent anything

Placed an order for the viper mask April 18. Was told they ship in 7-10 days. After about 3 weeks I tried to find some answers. Called 2 different numbers, left voice mails. Called several more times throughout the week. No one ever called me back and no one ever answers the phone. After sending 2 different emails to 2 different addresses ( so much false customer service info) I FINALLY got a reply...full of excuses and still no answers. So I waited a week and emailed again. The customer service rep is amazing!! She’s so kind, helpful, and even has a good sense of humor throughout these tough times! She answered so many questions and was incredibly helpful!!

Placed an order on 3/30 for masks. Have gotten 0 masks but have been told they’re shipping “tomorrow” at least twice.
