From the start, Gordy was on time for our appt (another company forgot our appt). Gordy and Mary were personable and very easy to work with. Great selection and no pressure.
my job was outside normal parameters.the staff listened to what i needed and did the job in a fast professional manner.i plan on using them again

They did quality work and were quick to install as I was in a hurry to get it taken care of. My only complaint would be that they left all the scraps and glue buckets behind. There were 2, 40+ gallon, garbage cans worth of carpet scraps left. A large scrap piece or two would have been fine and I had no use for a couple of 5-gallon buckets with glue residue in them. I would recommend them as they did a quality efficient installation.
I changed my rating. After a few days later I have discovered that the job done was not very good. They did not scuff the floor so the sealing that is on there now is scratching and lifting. If I run my nail across an area it leaves a scratch. Very disappointed in the job done. I would not recommend these people at all. Let me add to this review... They have not tried to fix this at all.. We have called numerous times, and nothing has been done.

Gordy here. We are not even aware there were any problems with this job. Our finisher has over 25 years experience and knows his stuff. Who knows, it may have been product failure??? A call has been sent to our customer and we will do whatever we have to to rectify their situation.
I was very, very impressed with the service we received. Mary was extremely prompt on returning all of our phone calls and setting up a time to visit our project. She was so nice to talk to and Gordy, the owner was prompt on visiting, took his time, was very personable and gave us a very fair and responsible quote! Overall, we would highly recommend Dreamhose Interiors!
