He steals pictures from other companies and then he leads the public to believe that it's his work
Horrible Service and even worse communication and John will never call you back again once the job is finished. I had my garage floor done less 18 months ago and it's cracked in a couple different places and chipping. All I asked him to do was come out and fix it since he sold me on his 10 year warranty and he won't call back. I literally have over 20 calls into him over the last month!!! Do not use him!
I would never use Dreamcoat Flooring again. Work was okay, but service was terrible (from a guy named John). Had a small issue and he would not return my phone calls and once he had my money, he totally avoided me and blew me off. I would turn them into BBB, but they are not members (tells you something).

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the pricing. I got a quote for literally double what they charged me. Great work, great price, great company. I also liked that the actual owner was there every morning to work on the garage and they always started before I even woke up.
