If a seller has an agent, the buyer's agent only communicates with the other agent, so this was professional. I do not know if this real estate agent went to the closing, but the closing agent, the seller and the buyer do. The closing agent has the duty to make payments at closing, especially to the seller, or as soon as possible afterwards. Full disclosure: I am associated with Dreamcatcher Realty.

Very rude and unprofessional. They were the buyers agent for a home I was selling. Never answered phone calls or texts. Never told their young client about deadlines or anything. Was late to the deeds office so papers had to be passed late. Then demanded her check rudely from my agent.

I am the seller on a transaction currently in process where dreamcatcher is the buying agent. The buyers agent doesn’t answer calls or texts, often for days at a time and after dozens of texts. I called the manager to complain, and magically now I cannot even get thru to the office. Consumer BEWARE of this organization, they have cost me thousands in unnecessary carrying costs, and I think the worst part is how cavalier they are about integrity, commitment, follow thru, and communication.
