She was wonderful. I work in a lab and thought maybe I had contaminated myself( which I did not do). She was able to diagnose by just looking at it. Thank you.The staff was wonderful also.
drs. are excellent as are all the nurses. could not ask for more.
Dr. Pilcher and her assistant, Lisa gave me excellent care. The skin cream Dr, Pilcher gave me worked immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.
My experience was a positive one. Dr. Pilcher was great, after exam, she explained my skin problem and how she would treat it. She was very thorough with answering all my questions. My wait was pretty much on time of appt. Staff was great, very friendly and accommodating . So my assessment for 1st visit is as shown.
I recently went to see Dr. Pilcher, after one visit I was very unimpressed. I went in for a rash I had in several different areas, my arms and neck were the worst but when I tried to show her the area on each leg she barely even glanced at it. When she looked at my eyelids, while my glasses were still on, she said she couldn't see anything although there was a dry red patch. I told her about the dry area on my eye and she seemingly mocked me. I was over charged for the service I received.
Very rude staff and worst doctor experience.
Love Dr. Pilcher, but the fact that I waited over an hour to be seen is ridiculous. There were only a couple of people there, and to wait that long is not a good impression for this practice.
