With New Ownership change, I would rate 0 for this place now. Unfortunately New Management focuses more on the money than teaching. curriculum, belt promotion, teaching format and everything changed to slow down the student's progress. Many families left dissatisfied. Environment is more threatening than motivating the kids. Previous ownership Grand Master Pak was the best and it used to be one of the best Taekwondo place in South Bay. Sorry, it is sad this place doesn't carry the legacy anymore.
The new owner Douglas, as of 9/2024 cowered over me, yelled, bullied me, cussed me out in the presence of many children for 20 minutes while I remained calm & cried after 2 months of silent treatment. I was extremely kind to him until I spoke up of his unprofessional behaviors. I’m grateful Douglas didn’t physically injure me. Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews given 3 months prior to the date of my review. Those positive reviews were for Dream U.S.A. Tae Kwon Do, the previous dojang at this location. GoGoole purchased the existing business from Dream around September 2024. Unfortunately, GoGoole is nothing like Dream. GoGoole is attempting to ride the coattail of Dream’s amazing accomplishments. The former owner cared for customers, no problems at all. Unfortunately with the new owner, Douglas, I was verbally abused , cussed out , yelled at while many children are present for speaking up.
