I was raised if you had nothing nice to say-keep it to yourself. But, if we can save ONE family it will be worth it. Purchased a new Hvac system January 2022, with what we were told a full 12 year warranty. Sounds good right. Broke down the first time in June of 2022. From there the story is long and troubling with thousands spent, lots of home damage as well as many other failures. So if you like NIGHTMARES, Dream Team is the company to call.
Dream Team replaced my old HVAC systems 1 1/2 years ago. I could not be happier with the service we have received. Ethan Bourgeois recently came out for a semiannual cleaning and inspection of the system. He was thorough, effecient and friendly. he replaced my filter because at 88 I have a little trouble getting up into the attic. Thanks
