Just not a clear answer on when something needs to be corrected. Have to constantly reach out to them and continuous give accounts on why has happen. Their system is not continuous customer service.
Flooring has not been put in so far in a very heated dispute over receiving my money back
I have been visiting Dream Spa since last summer & they are amazing! Leah, who has been doing my procedures is very friendly and communicative. She always makes sure I am comfortable before we start! One of my very dark tattoos which was shaded in dark black ink has been erased in only 4 very affordable sessions! The results have made me very happy and allowed me to have more options in my career choices! I would highly recommend Dream Spa for anyone trying to get a tattoo removed!
