Cassidy has done my hair for a long time, like when she was first in beauty school, and I have never once been disappointed. I am someone that likes to change my hair a lot so I am always open to Cassidy’s ideas. I have no problem trusting her with all of my hair needs and I would recommend her services to ANYONE that wants fabulous hair.
I am blown away by Cassidy's work every time that she does my hair! I always get a cut and color, and I love it every time! Before Cassidy colored my hair, I had never gotten it colored before and I was very nervous! Cassidy always does exactly what I ask for, and I have never left her salon chair without feeling more beautiful than when I walked in! My hair always looks so shiny and healthy every time she does it...I would HIGHLY recommend Cassidy!
Poor customer service. A friend went and had her hair "cut" by a stylist and was not satisfied (crooked cut with jagged edges/mismatched edges). She then proceeded to call to complain and speak with a manager. She was told they would "get back with her"...no response. Called again and given same response...AGAIN, no call back. Some people think, well it's just hair, it will grow back.
