I unfortunately had a pretty negative experience at this salon. I have been on a hair health journey for the last year and a half and have done ample research about protecting and nourishing my natural hair. Upon arrival, Lakeya was very rough with my hair in the wash process, ripping through small knots and swishing my hair around instead of scrubbing and massaging my scalp.
