The property was ok. But the gate was broken and has to request it being fixed multiple times. They did over a new washer right away when I told them the old one was broken. The last week I was there the internet got shut off because they didn’t pay the bill. I have been reaching out to them because I have yet to get my deposit back from them. It’s been almost 2 months. Will not return emails, texts, or phone calls. Don’t rent from them.
Excellent front desk staff. My Timeshare is here. The rooms are great. The location is great and the room service and customer service is excellent!! Thank you.
Miserable service and very bad properties. I rented one that was so bad, I actually left after a week despite paying upfront for 40+ days. Old ACs, bad toilets, extremely slow WiFi, and a dirty pool. To top it off, the company is irresponsive and unhelpful. So much for “dream” rentals. I went there with my wife and two kids and all of us hated it. I strongly advise against using this company.
Dream Rentals were great to deal with. Booking a property in WeHo from overseas was daunting but Linda was very helpful throughout the process and answered any question I had promptly. When we arrived in LA, Eran was super helpful and allowed us to check in early, and was always contactable in case we had any questions or issues. The property was exactly as described and great value for the price, and the location was fantastic. I would definitely use LA Dream Rentals again next time I visit. Thank you :)
The house we rented was nothing like the pictures. This was my first experience renting a house and unfortunately it was a miserable one. The house is very old, the toilets kept clogging, and the ACs were VE ry old as well. For example, the AC in the master bedroom, it was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep and if we switched it off we couldn’t sleep because of the heat.
