Very unprofessional, Luz de Armas was the listing agent of a house. Did not submit offer objectively or in a timely manner as required by NAR SOP 1-6. Held offers and attempted to create a bidding war. Never knew what offer was on the table, had to be reminded. Extremely unethical. Working on filing formal complaint now. Stay clear!
