I have been going here for almost 4 years now. I typically see Brian, however, all the staff are amazing. Highly recommend! :)
This place starts out good then they treat you like garbage, my last time here I booked an appointment for eyebrows and nails, had my eyebrows aggressively ripped off by a lady who clearly didn’t want to do the job. Then I had to wait 45 minutes to start an appointment I scheduled while other walks in went ahead of me. Now today my last time here, Brian was not available at 11:30 for the appointment I booked he was with someone else, then they made me wait in the pedicure with my feet in COLD WATER. I’ve been to dream nails multiple times now for both manicures and pedicures, and they are by far my favourite place in Burlington. Staff are always very friendly, location is clean. Highly recommend!
