I just wanted to let people know that the girls by the name Katya is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with nail master. She send me an advertisement via instagram, promotion of $125 for combo of manicure and pedicure in stand of regular price of $150. When I had a service with her she charged me $180 claiming that she never send me any promotion and that her regular price of $150 in her instagram profile is from 3 years ago. My nails were beautiful ❤️😍 and I was very HAPPY
Unfortunately she didn’t provide the service that she got payed for! My pedicure was coming off in a few days after I got it done and she got at least 60$, (150$ in total), as a tip for no reason! I was very disappointed! And she was rude too, tryna tell me how the pedicure was bad and my toes are not even! Lol)) When before her service, years in a row I’ve never had any problems with my toes or my pedicures ever!
