If I could give this place no stars I would. I made an appointment for 1:45pm and sat there for 40 minutes waiting before I walked out. What the hell is the point of an appointment if you have to wait over 40 minutes to be seen?! I was there for an acrylic fill and gave myself an hour a half before I had to get somewhere else which is more than enough time for a fill with basic polish, and I told them I had another appointment at 3:15 after already waiting for 15 minutes. The technicians made me feel as if they didn't want provide a pedicure service to me because I'm African American. Another African American woman walked in requesting a pedicure also and they all looked at one another and then pretended to be too busy to provide that service. I couldn't believe people still behave this way. So sad�
Got the “Hot Stone Pedicure” and although I’m a “Pedi Rookie” I was NOT impressed!!!!! Felt like a lot more effort could have been put into the service and not worth the $$!!!

Jenny was awesome!!! So happy to have a good experience after having to leave pretty nails by frys after 6 years. Looks like I found a new place!
