They are not friendly at all, and even rude. My daughter went to get acrylic tips and every design she wanted, they told her she would not be able to afford it. She asked for three different things, and their response was, “you won’t be able to afford it.” I’ve never heard of something like that in my life. My daughter is browned skin. Made 4 appointments 3 weeks ago. Confirmed said appointments. Get there - the absolute rudest woman just said “no”. I said I’d made appointments during my last service for 4 mani pedis (for a birthday celebration)………. They refused to make it right. Highly disappointed and will never return. I suggest you don’t either.
This spot used to be Sally’s Dream Nails, but now it’s Dream Nails under new owners Cindy and Leo — and it’s so much better! Great management, friendly service, quick but meticulous manicures, and very fair prices. Definitely a hidden gem.
