When I first walked into Dream Nails, everyone was nice, friendly ,very clean & they took me right away… The nail tech said to me what service do you want and I told them gel nails they said oh we have the new nails and they will stay on for a long time… So I Did the new nails too fast forward this I got my nails done on May 30 and they all fell off on June 1.. I’m not a confrontational person and I should have went back there, but I didn’t and I hold no grudges but just be careful of the new nails offer.

I asked for the flower design and this is what I got. Wish they had some sort of reference for what designs they could do because I came with other references that he said no to. When I asked for what designs he could do he just insisted I pull up another reference. Quick and inexpensive nail spot. Out in under 45 minutes and paid $45 not including tip (35 for gel and 10 for design).

They are not friendly at all, and even rude. My daughter went to get acrylic tips and every design she wanted, they told her she would not be able to afford it. She asked for three different things, and their response was, “you won’t be able to afford it.” I’ve never heard of something like that in my life. My daughter is browned skin. It’s very sad that in this day and age you have people doing that. And yes she could afford it, otherwise she wouldn’t even have been there. Made 4 appointments 3 weeks ago. Confirmed said appointments. Get there - the absolute rudest woman just said “no”. I said I’d made appointments during my last service for 4 mani pedis (for a birthday celebration)………. They refused to make it right. Highly disappointed and will never return. I suggest you don’t either.
