Poor service, sloppy job. On third day first nail pain came off and I had to go back to redo it 4 hours before my overseas vacation trip. With less than one week all nails paint came off and my nails looked terrible. When I came back from my 2 weeks vacation and went to salon they said that they can’t do anything. I think, they have poor quality paint and in rush to get it done. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!!
One thing I value most when it comes to getting my nails done is evenness and attention to detail. The last pic was the inspo I brought to the nail tech. As you can see from all the other pics, we are not close to the inspo pic. The thin lines are not equally even, and attention to the sides/edges was lacking. I decided to try out this nail salon for the first time as I had seen great reviews with pictures, but safe to say, I am upset and disappointed.
This is the quality nails I paid $125 for and when I politely asked for them to fix it they had an attitude and gave me $30 back and refused to fix them. Go to Nail Chic in Dormont. Don’t go to Dream Nails if you want cat eye done. Just because you stock the polish doesn’t mean you have the skill to do it. Maybe train your staff in the services you offer before you offer them to customers who are paying a lot of money only to be disappointed. I initially visited Dream Nails because of convenience. I did have a friend recently talk about her acrylic nail experience: she seemed extremely happy. So I decided to visit dream nails and got my nails dipped last week in preparation of Easter. I picked a commonly known dip color from OPI. Three days later 4 of my nails were chipped and one was cracked. I’ve never had this experience with dip. At other salons, I have chosen to do dip and the nails would crack 3-4 weeks in.
