I have been a regular customer at this establishment for approximately a year. During my visit this morning, I was asked if I wanted Gel but I declined, explaining that I prefer to change my nail color frequently. The lady responded by saying that the Gel comes with the service, so I might as well accept it. I politely declined, stating that I did not want Gel. My boyfriend, his mom, and I all went here to get our nails done. All of our nails turned out absolutely gorgeous and the staff was super nice!
When in just for gel they said it was $25. Then while get my names done the person didn’t file or do anything just started gel. When asked about it said they done do that it is manicure. I said no usually they prep the nail or it’s all bumpy. The rest of the time the young lady was rude and then was rough and made my finger bleed. When it was time to check out they then said it was $25 plus.$7 because of the color. The lady was very rude. Won’t ever go back.
Awful place. NOT the color I asked for. They insisted it was. I choose a neutral pink and they put on a bright pink with sparkles, not even close! They offered a refund after I kept saying it doesn't look right yet they continued painting them. They then proceeded to charge me $22 for the soak off. In turn only refunding part of my $. I treat myself to a pedicure every once in a while and I love this place. It's a very clean and quiet place, which says a lot about the busiest place in town. I always request John, he gets my feet very soft and my toenails look very nice.
