The owner kept trying to sell me a bike but I was happy with mine. Then after months of telling them no I liked my bike, it started. Every time I took my bike in it took weeks for simple jobs, and every time they fixed something something else would break. I took it to the Vespa & found out they put the wrong part in. If they didn't carry parts for Vespa bikes they should have told me and I would took it to the Vespa dealer
Dream Machines USA did not fix my bike I had to take it to Cycle Ivan's

The owner is rude and only like people that buy bikes from him others are treated like second class citizens
I started going there a year ago I liked the place good work and they had lower rates then most. But the last three times I went there I was screwed. First they didn't put on the manufacturer recommend spark plug wire on my mojito Aprilia which I had given them to put on instead they opted to put on a cheap Chinese spark plug wire. Which they knew my bike would break due to the heat of the 2 stoke engine. 2 weeks later it did. They I was told to try a better belt for my Baccio which broke in lless then 1,000 miles. Well, I was very enthusiastic about using this business for help with my boys’ UTV, which wasn’t working properly. However, when I called the owner to set up an appointment, I was informed that I was “not a priority” because I did not buy my UTV from him, and I “should have thought about that before bypassing a local company and ordering on-line.” Beyond the fact that I didn’t even know he sold them until I saw one there the day I first stopped, I wasn’t aware that buying something on-line meant that I should be treated in s... read more
