I gave a pair of $20 wire strippers to my brother for a job they was under the seat of his bike when it went into dream machine for repair, when he got his bike back the wire strippers was not under his seat anymore. I had to buy a pair, maybe the idiots thought it was their tool. Maybe they just needed a good pair of wire strippers I don't know but I would not recommend a shop that takes things from under a customers seat.
Have sold several of my classic cars through Dream Machines and was always treaded acurate and fair. They do care about their customers I do recommend them to all my friends.
How this place gets a 3.2 star is so far beyond me. I work on bikes and I get so many customers that say they use to go here till they started screwing up work on their bikes. When I saw the story on twitter I had to reply. I have never been there but I have seen their work many times. And I wouldn't let them change a tire.
Is not it easier to take care of customers , especially if you make a mistake , then , to ask friends for their good reviews ?
If you're looking for a place to work on your bike go to dream machines I went to my buddies bike knowing that we didn't have a lot of money The owner understood the situation of helping My buddy fix the bike for as minimal as possible Harley I want to thank you very much you will see me and my friends more frequently take care

I have known Harley Nosker for 17 years and done thousands of dollars of business with him. I have seen him at work in FL, Sturgis. Laconia, Myrtle Beach and at my Harley dealership. He is hands down the hardest working man I know, has a huge heart and always did right by me..FOR 17 YEARS!
Very professional at all levels.They bent over backwards to care of me I am from Michigan and only have a couple of days here. They were Very accommodating. Stand behind products. With outstanding service!
