Never had bad experience with the sales dept, but the service dept is complete joke. Don't get lured in by the cheaper than dealer prices, you get what you pay for. I brought in my front wheel with the tire, off the bike at 9am and was told I would have to leave it for a couple of days...REALLY?! You can't find 15mn out of 9 hour day to swap a tire for a customer that's purchased 3 bikes?! Guess where I will not be bringing the bike to get the rocker gaskets replaced once I get the tire back on. I'll most likely start buying... read more

We have been growing so fast that its been hard to keep up with demand, so our service department has been hit with a 3 to 4 week lead time to even do a simple oil change. Just picked up a Street Glide from Dream Machines. Aaron Ferris was great to work with. This is how all vehicle buying should be done. He walked through everything about the bike, negotiating was simple, nothing hidden. Post sale, he made sure everything was done to my liking. Would I buy another bike from him, absolutely! I bought a used motorcycle from Costa Rica, and when I arrived to the store everything was ready for my road trip. John was my dealer and he was perfect, but all the team was awesome with me and they was helpful and funny =)
I bought my first bike from Dream Machines in 2013 and my wife's first the following year. We recently returned to trade in her bike for an upgrade. Eric has been great to work with each time. Joey and the service department also do a great job. We'll be back to see Eric when it's time for our next trade in.

I just bought my first HD here. Eric was my salesman and I feel he went out of his way to get me onto the bike. Great customer service, and quick to get back to me with whatever question I had. I would absolutely recommend Dream Machines Indian to anyone and Eric as the salesman.
