This was my first home purchase and my husband's third. I did not know what to expect, the process is brutal and pretty stressful. Jennifer did an amazing job supporting me to understanding the process better. The process can be discouraging because it goes fast or you miss a great deal. Well, Jennifer is just the best. I was a little worried because her office isn't right in my area (Independence) but it didn't matter. My home was sold in 36 hours at 15K above asking. She always told me the truth, responded when I contacted her and did everything she said she would. That's what I want from every relationship with anyone. She came through! Thanks Jen :)
