Rude and disrespectful
This lady Queen is a Horrible human being. I own a small plumbing company did work for her rental home after her painter and so called contractor told her that her shower valve needed to be replaced and the shower on the opposite side would have to be ripped out. I showed up once got a game plan and reassured her that the valve could be changed withoutruining either shower. My husband was adamant about using the same realtor as his parents did when they bought their home some years ago. That realtor was Queen! She’s a very busy woman so she made Jade our realtor and honestly it was a perfect match!! Jade was absolutely amazing and very easy to talk to. She was always on top of everything and every now and then Queen would reach out via phone call to inform us of anything urgent. I really do appreciate their time in our journey in finding our first home. Thank you so very much!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company/Queen canceled the lease on the day of move in. As a military family, moving is beyond stressful. Imagine signing a lease (Having your credit score ran and background check done), paying the deposit and rent, putting the electricy and water in your name, only to receive a text stating the lease has been canceled on the DAY you are supposed to move in.
