very professional I have uses this flower show for the last 2 years. I'm suprise to hear such bad review. I came to this flower shop through a friend who ordered wedding flowers from. I also uses them for my wedding over 2 years ago. Last month, my friend also uses them for their wedding. It was the hottest day of the year, June 21, 2008, and my friend has ordered Golden Orange Callilily and roses for her husband boutineire and her bouquet. Scandalous Flower Shop I ordered a dozen of roses from this place and five of them were dead the next day (see photo). I called this lady up and she told me she is not responsible for anything afterwards. I have never bought roses in my life that they would wither the next day. I will never go back again, this totally ruined my Valentine's day. My suggestion to you is don't order any flowers from this place anymore.

Dream Flower in Monterey Park, CA Order flower arrangement, VERY DISSAPOINTED. I will NEVER GO BACK again OR even REFER TO ANYONE. The flowers are not fresh, some of them are withered, and the leaves are yellowish. I felt so embarrassed when I saw the arrangement in the occasion. I got the reference from a friend, talked to Heidi thru the phone, she sound so nice, so I placed more than one order. It’s a big mistake, and I learned that never can trust people blindly.

Do not use this florist for any event, very unprofessional. Had an event recently where we utilized Dream Flower's service. We went over details/floorplan with the owner Heidi ahead of time, in person and in emails. On the event day, she was already more than half hour late. Heidi's only assistant is her daughter who looks like she's in elementary school. She didn't bring a ladder for a job that requires hanging floral arrangement and she didn't know where things needs to be placed. Flowers were not fresh, most were already ... read more

dream flower I had to get some graduation flowers quick! I was in a huge rush and this place took care of everything for me. They said they were busy but managed to come up with a decent bouquet in about 20 minutes. I was in a big rush because I was getting late so I decided to come here and just rush it over there. They actually did a better job than I thought.
