Cheap materials, poorly constructed, and the warranty office refuses to take responsibility for their ignorance and incompetency. I had the most amazing experience buying my house from Dream Finder Homes. Miles was the best sales person for my family, he even held the deal open for me an extra day because my grandmother was in the hospital.
