Very ,quick,straight to business with care and professionalism
I experienced great service for my daughter with cerebral palsy today. The assistant got on her level talked to her and try to learn about her disability and asked how she can help support her during our wait time. The doctor was amazing also, he didn’t mind my daughter biting his hands when brushing her teeth. He also communicated with her, still after learning she was non verbal, teaching her the teeth brush song. We will definitely be back for years to come.
My experience was phenomenal, I truly didn't mind the wait it wasn't long. I understand sometimes it can be an emergency issue that can push your appointment back some. The front dest was so polite. I went in the room the assistant was so kind answered the questions she could then referred me to ask the dr any question I desired to. The dentist that I had was so kind he made sure I was alright during my procedure by, asking me if I was alright consistently.
