Dr Hendriks, was so easy to work with, he took great care of my husband. He got him in quick and took care of the issues immediately. His office staff was excellent. They took a bad situation and made it a wonderful experience. Thank you for such great care
Very informative, excellent care taking time to explain options and implant procedure processes. Dr. Hendriks took the time to answer all my questions, addressed concerns I had, and made me completely comfortable and confident in his care. All of these great reviews must be friends and family. Long story short dr. Henriks and his staff are so unorganized and the lab person that makes the dentures should go back to school since the dentures he makes looks like they are great to be used on Halloween, and thats after many tries. Dr. Hendriks will sell you and make you believe how awesome of a job He will do but once he gets your money you will be his guinea pig. The customer service was above and beyond. Super friendly staff that make you feel nothing but comfortable and happy during your visit.
Everyone has been great especially hailly I forgot to bring my dentures with me today she was so kind as to let me go home and get them and come back I think that was so cool of her to do that thank you hailly your the best
The "Dream Team" have been wonderful and patient throughout my whole process and would recommend others
