Just had the absolute worst experience of any casino i have been to since covid. Within 4 min of being in the casino a friend was walked out due to one hit of a vape. At no point were we ever warned of the new no smoking policy. We were not given a warning. We were enformed there is a zero tolerance policy. Security was very unprofessional. Recommendedyes it's a very clean and quiet Hotel and the staff is really nice I give it a 5 star my room have been very clean and nice had a free stay for the Month of January and February nice
If you want to catch COVID-19 and DIE, this is the place to be. Staff and guests not wearing masks fully and coughing and sneezing over register at check in. They only checked temps once and people were in and out. the worst bar service you wait in line for about 20-30min. for a drink. no cocktail waitresses to be found. and nobody cares. you would think that they would want you to spend"more money"... their payouts aren't all that good either. .
