One star is too many. I used them years ago. They did a terrible job and the cleaning lady stole all our prescription drugs. When we called Karen she was rude and asked what we wanted her to do about it. NEVER use them!!! The whole issue went unresolved and Karen could not have been ruder or more unprofessional.
