I attended a high school graduation party this past weekend. The cake came from your bakery. It looked like a 2 year old could have done a better job decorating it. It looked nothing like what was actually requested with the colors bleeding into one another. For a person to order a cake, pay $300 for the cake, cake wasnt even ready on time, NOT ACCEPTABLE. I placed an order 30 days prior to the event. The cake I ordered was completely half assed. The attention to detail as well as the presentation was dispicable. The cake looked nothing like what I ordered. The cake was supposed to be ready for pickup at 4pm. They did not produce the cake until 445 at which time I advised it was completely wrong. My cousin and I have recently graduated with the class of 2019. So my mom decided after hours of searching she would go to Dream Cake to get our graduation cake made. When went and got our cake planned out the woman helping us seemed very confused, after explaining to her for 30 extra minutes she said she COMPLETELY understood what we would like done. RecommendedDream Cake gives you more than you ask for. So many bakeries around this area overcharge for less work than they give you, they don’t make their cakes fresh(most make them a week in advance which is gross), and they don’t take pride in their work. Places like this don’t come along that often, but when they do, you hold on to them. They’re people just like us(with kids and all) and it feels good knowing that you’ve got good people willing to make you a great product.
This was the most horrific experience ever. We placed the order a month in advanced and specifically emailed pictures of the cake we wanted. Mind you they wrote please see emailed pictures on the order form. They said when I picked it up they never received the emailed pictures. The cake cost 296 dollars and they were only willing to refund me 60 after leaving the cake store all upset and worked up. They made the most amazing cake for my son. All done over the phone.
ABSOLUTELY recommend this place. My sons birthday cake and cupcakes were delicious and the cake was the talk of the party. It was very fresh and moist. The cake was snickerdoodle and cupcakes were chocolate and vanilla. They also did a beautiful job decorating it.

So I'm not the kind of person to write reviews, this is actually my first review ever but after this last time using Dream Cake I couldn't not let people know how awesome they are! I first used them in 2017 for my oldest first birthday. It was a wild one theme and I absolutely loved how his cakes turned out so when it came time to throw my seconds first birthday I knew I wanted to go with them again.
