No Show I flew in from out of town for an appointment that I made with Bubba Jackson and Dream Builders for an estimate on some bathroom work in my house. But Bubba never showed and never called.

He'll give you a fixed price for the total job before you sign a contract. The price is the price - no "hidden costs" as the project progresses.
