My nephew’s first car. Sold him a piece of crap. Bad trans, oil pan sealed with putty. Dry rotted tire that’s cracked. These guys are the TRUE definition of CHEAP CAR SALESMEN. They are a bunch of crooks! Contacting local news and media to expose these garbage men

The vehicle I looked at looked really good in the pictures was nothing like the pictures. It was like somebody polished up a turd.
Absolutely the worst company in existence. AVOID AT ALL COST. Before arrival I was at Tom Holzer ford and had cash in hand for a vehicle. They sold it an hour before I got there. Found a vehicle on this lot. I got to the place and was told “no test drive unless you buy car”. So according to their standards. My husband and I travel over an hour to test drive one of their cars posted; due to my work car blowing a transmission yesterday. Get there and to our dismay we are unable to test drive the car. To add injury to insult the guy who is in charge (assuming) gets on the phone with my husband and has the disgusting audacity to tell us we have to sign a purchase agreement and get pre-approved just to test drive.
