The property manager Tammy ***** got my car towed which is on my lease registered with current plates.she said the reason was because I had a flat tire when there’s 10+ other cars in the parking lot with flats that didn’t get towed. I expect to be reimbursed for the time and money I had to spend because of the property manager.
Business response:
The vehicle has been 24 hour tow warning stickered multiple times, with no response from the owner coming forward, most recently stickered 7.25.23. Vehicle does not move, appears inoperable with a flat tire and this violates the terms of the lease. Out of courtesy, vehicle was not towed for 3 weeks from last warning post, in the hopes that the owner would come forward. Hi I just wanted to say what a great complex and what a great company westcorp to rent from Dream Apartments is the best , I always appreciate great people who love there job especially Sandy the manager she's the best and is one of a kind, the ladies in the office are great too , Brittany Kara and the new guy.
